Is it time for you to makeyour own unique imprint on your family wealth journey?

Hear candid conversations about the experience of participants in our peer groups as they are interviewed by Vincent Valeri and Kristen Heaney on The Family Wealth Edge.
Kristen welcome entrepreneur and advisor Rebecca Brown, whose career spans Goldman Sachs, Columbia Business School, Shark Tank, and beyond. Together, they explore the intersection of entrepreneurship and family legacy, discussing how next-gen family members can find their own identity, leverage family capital responsibly, and learn through building.
Chris Koenemann returns to discuss how thriving families hold both “being” and “doing” in tension—turning spiritual awareness into practical tools for multigenerational success.
Chris Koenemann is our guest this week to explore spiritual capital as a vital resource that grounds families in purpose, belonging, and identity beyond financial metrics or achievement.
Kristen shares lessons from Family Business Magazine’s Transitions Conference on creating safe spaces, welcoming spouses, and engaging rising gens early.
Jamie shares how being adopted into a successful family after 18 shaped her identity, how peer cohorts helped her find her voice, and how she now models grounded, intentional parenting around wealth.
Celine revisits the first Rising Gen cohort, sharing how it sparked personal growth, philanthropy, and confidence to lead—while bringing her family along for the journey.

Got questions? We’ve got answers.
We curate groups of 8-15 people and try to curate the groups so there is great synergy and connection amongst the participants and so no one feels like there isn't anyone in the group in a similar situation in life. The RisingGen Cohort program is specifically for people in age 30s and up who are ready to consider the unique role they can play in their family enterprise, even if that's outside the family business/family enterprise.
Our groups are led by people who, like you, are from successful families, so they get it...AND importantly, they are all trained coaches as well. Although we do teach some tools and frameworks that go along with the theme for each session, we like to think of ourselves as coaches or facilitators, rather than instructors, - our groups feel much more like a book club than a calculus class.
The cohort begins with a virtual kick-off weekend - Friday evening and Saturday morning - followed by eleven, 90-minute group sessions across two semesters. Each session has some light on-your-own assignments, and you're also offered 3 hour-long individual coaching sessions. With all of that included, you can plan on investing about 4 hours per month. And just so you know, the work between sessions is typically reading an article or listening to a TedTalk or podcast that's relevant to the topic, or implementing one of the great tools offered in the course - it's nothing like college homework. Our sessions are typically held on Tuesdays during the evening. We'll share the exact dates of your program when you complete the interest form.
Because of the nature of our work, confidentiality is at the foundation of everything. All participants sign a confidentiality contract and we reinforce the importance again during our first session. There's no mandate for sharing anything you aren't ready to share and we've even had participants in the past who have chosen to share only their first name on our online platform. Because of the experience we all share in common, people really respect one another's privacy.
